2. E-Commerce Terms (Sale of Goods/Products)

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

3. Tattoo Booking Service Terms
3.1. Deposits and Consultations

Deposit: A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit, as specified during the booking process, is required to secure all tattoo appointments. This deposit will be credited toward the final cost of your tattoo.
3.2. Rescheduling and Cancellation

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit may be required to rebook.

Cancellations/No-Shows: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment or fail to show up ("No-Show"), your deposit will be forfeited entirely.

Artist Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the artist must cancel your appointment, we will work with you to reschedule, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date or, in exceptional circumstances, refunded at our discretion.
3.3. Health, Age, and Consent

Age Requirement: All tattoo clients must be 18 years of age or older on the day of the appointment. You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID. No exceptions will be made, even with parental consent, due to liability and global legal best practice.

Health and Medical Disclosure: You agree to fully and truthfully disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and allergies. Tattooing is an invasive procedure, and you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with it, including but not limited to pain, bleeding, swelling, scarring, and allergic reactions.

Consent Form: You will be required to sign a separate, legally binding Tattoo Consent Form in-person before the tattoo procedure begins. The consent form is a critical document that further outlines risks, aftercare instructions, and confirms your voluntary agreement to the procedure. Booking an appointment does not constitute consent for the procedure itself.

Right to Refuse Service: The artist reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to, intoxication, unhygienic conditions, inappropriate behaviour, or reasonable doubt regarding age or mental capacity.
3.4. Design and Outcome
You acknowledge that while the artist will strive to meet your expectations, the final result may vary due to the artistic process, your skin type, and the healing process. We make no guarantee regarding the exact outcome of the tattoo, including colour or longevity. Touch-ups are generally offered on a limited basis as per the artist's specific policy, which will be communicated separately.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, e-commerce product designs, and tattoo flash/artwork, is the property of [Your Company Legal Name] or its content suppliers and protected by international intellectual property laws.
Tattoo Designs: The artist retains the copyright and ownership of the original design and artwork created for your tattoo, even after it is applied to your body, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
